Despite all-out efforts, we were
not able to gain the finals in
either of the other two fall sports.
In flag football, one safety proved
to be our undoing as we lost 2-0
in a playoff game for the league
offense went hot and cold — at
to mount any sort of an attack.
The failure to make the final play
off was especially disappointing
since
we felt that
we had the
potential to match the undefeated
team of two years ago. In intra
mural tennis we ha\e ne\^er posed
much of a threat in the past, and
likewise this year we could not
advance anyone as far as the
semi-finals.
Dcs]rite these setbacks, we are
looking forward optimistically to
the w i n t e r sports. Nearly
everyone is returning from last
year's basketball and wrestling
teams, both of which won their
sports. Also we ha\c gained
strength in volleyball and hand
ball and look for additional points
in these two sports.
With an all-out effort from the
entire house we hope to see the
Keller Trophy residing in our den
by Fiji Island weekend next Spring.
