As we reach the midway point of
summer, I'm beginning to wonder
what happened to the first part.
It seems like only yesterday we
were taking exams, and now be
fore you know it, we will be
heading back to State to start
another year.
Things have been pretty busy
around here, especially with
rush, and I really appreciate

Our rush program is going very
well as we continue to receive
names of prospective rushees
from various high schools and
junior colleges across the
state.
The first mailings went out on
July 1st, and each rushee re
ceived a letter from us along
with a copy of our rush phamplet
that was printed earlier this
summer. There were 95 letters
sent out in this first mailing,
and as we continue to receive
new names, we mail them the
same material. If you know of
someone that is coming to State
in the fall, please send me his
name and address so that I can
put him on the mailing list.
I have tried to work in a rush

correspondance from brothers
during the past several weeks.
I talked with Tom Halford for
the first time a few days ago
and everything appears to be
going alright up in Michigan.
For those of you don't know,
