Nu Omega Boasts Outstanding Pledge Class
Successful Rush
Brings In 42
Bright New Pledges
Ben Bedford, Phi Gamma Del

paid his respects to Nu Omega
This year's Nu Omega pledge
class, 42 strong, is undoubtedly
the top class on the campus and,
of course we wouldn't say it is
the best, but it is one of best in
Nu Omega's history.
These 42 fine young men rep
on a two day visit earlier this fall.
Ben hails from Texas Tech. He
graduated last year with a busi
ness degree and plans to enter law
school after a year's service with
the fraternity.
He seemed very pleased with
the chapter in general. He com
mented most favorably on the
tone of the chapter. The physical
plant also drew praise from Bed
ford. He complimented us on our

homa, Texas, Louisiana, and even
California. They were the "lead
ers" of their individual high
schools and are continuing to play
this part through their college
careers.
Mr. Bedford will return to Nu
Omega in the spring. It is our
hope that we can show him a
Cheney Cup chapter.
