LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT
GRADUATE CORRESPONDANCE
Things have been very busy around
Our graduate program is going

THE 50's PARTY
Work is now centering araaund

the early part of December and

BULLDOG FIJI
Sigma Mu is having its second
big party of the semester this
weekend at the VIW Hut on old
West Point Road. It is another
50's party like the one held
last spring. Cool Jet and the
Teen Angels will play and the
event promises to be alot of fun.
We hope that all graduates and
local Fijis can attend all of ou^parties and join in the fun.
WHO'S WHO
Three members of Sigma Mu Chaptex
recently joined the ranks of
Who's Who in American Colleges
and Universities. They are:
Franklin Myers, a senior maj
oring in Industrial Engineering?
Jerry Welch, a senior majoring
in Chemical Engineering; and
Keith Koenig, a senior majoring
in Aerospace Engineering.

MARRIED BROTHERS
Several Brothers have been quite
active this semester in events
outside our own chapter.
A new colony was established at
Florence State University in
I'lorence, Alabama several weeks
ago and many of.the brothers
traveled to that University for
a full night of hard rushing for
the young colony. The colony now
has 25 outstanding men and is off
to a great start. Many people

The past weekend several brothers
traveled to Tupelo for an IPG

was very successful and brought
many of the varcbuus chapters of
different fraternities closer to--
gether.

The fraternity system
at MSU appears to be stronger
FIJI
than ever before.
This weekend many of the brothers
will travel to Memphis State to
watch the installation cei-mony
of Phi Gamma Delta's 101'st
chapter. Two of the brothers will
be in the ceremony ajid several
will come up to Memphis Saturday
morning. The Memphis State colony
received its charter at the 12^th
Ekklesia this past summer and
should have much success in the
years to come.
