I feel the House Corporation has come to the turning pointof get ting out ofthe red and into the black . Currently there are 24 undergraduates living at the House as compared with an average of 18 undergraduates in recent terms. This is credited to the attitude ofthe undergraduates wanting to live in the Chapter House and the PiSigmaAssociation's "hands-on" approach to money management. The House was in pretty good shape overthe summer partially due to locking offthe third floor and a few of otu summer renters who didn't want to live in a pig-pen.
