It's de cision to go alcohol-free by July 1, 2000 was one of the most significant announcements in Fiji history. More and more fra ternities are starting to consider proposals to ban alcohol in their chapter houses, so it appears we are paving the way. Alpha lota has seen a lot of changes too. Most notably, a brand new Cabinet has been '11 Secretary in all the hallways and stairways.
