Since the last race, the team has graduated four Seniors. The loss of that much talent
and experience would leave most Little 500 teams worried about the next season.
However, this does not seem to be the case with皿s year

IBM computers completely updated with
all of the newest programs for word proc‑
essing, database, and spreadsheet usage.
We, for the first time, have installed a
Phone modem so we can now access the
University FAX systems. We have also
added a new computer along with two new
Printers. The new computer is capable of
doing some things that the old ones can‑
not. The new printers work more e縦一
Ciently than the jet printers. This, in tum,
W皿save us quite a bit of money for the
year. Next year, We are Planning a modem
added to two of the other computers so
that we will have three accessing the Uni‑
versity. A皿of this renovation may sound
like it
s putting a damper on our pocket
books, but it has been relatively inexpen‑
Sive. Through the resources of a brother in
the house we were able to purchase the
new printers, n!Odem, and computer at
Wholesale prices, aS Well as receiving all of
Our neW PrOgramS for free. This saved us
at least $1,Oco this year. We, here at Zeta
are thankful and confident that with the
financial help we have received that our
academic track record will remain tap nctch
with all of the new goodies in the computer
