Killed on May 6, 1864, in the Battle of the Wilderness. (Unfinished catalog and Alabama catalog) Probably Coporal, Co. E "Marshall Guards," 1st Texas Infantry, wounded at Antietam and Chickamagua, and killed as noted above.
