families are headed by one parent, and
that this phenomenon is no longer con
centrated in the poorer classes of our
society. He expressed his concern about
the consequences.

The evening opened with cocktails and
good fellowship. The dinner was served
as a buffet featuring Chicken Parmesan
and TorteUini Marinara, followed by a
Chocolate Mousse that would ruin any
one's diet.
At the end of the evening, the brothers
clasped hands, raised them high, and
sang.

The Fiji Winter Formal Dinner/Dance was held on January 28,
1995 at Michael Jordan's Restaurant on LaSalle Street just
north of the Chicago Loop. A total of48 brothers and their dates
attended. The dinner featured a choice ofLondon Broil or Herbed
Chicken. A professional disk jockey provided the music.
The evening began at 6:00 PM the Chapter House with photo
graphs and general sociaUzing. Some ofthe photographs are shown
on this page.The couples danced at the restaurant until 12:30 AM,
and after that... who knows?
