Phil Ramos, who was raised in
Peoria, lllinios, attended law school at the
University of lllinios after graduation from
Wobosh. In January of 1966, Ramos
entered the federal service as a personnel

I hope this edition of the little Giant
Fiji finds you in good spirits and much hap
piness. In the past year many things have
happened to Psi Chapter, both good and

fare as well as we ended up in 4th place.
Over the summer the Chapter receiv
ed recognition at the Fiji Academy held at
Ohio State University by obtaining an

Award and a 2nd place for the highest
scholastic average above the All Men's
overage for over 20 years. Also, over the
summer the house was furnished with
new carpeting on the 2nd and 3rd floors,

up, and sent to 32 different sessions so
they were exposed to all of the skills of

however, this failure does require an

situation, coupled with our hopes that it
should never happen again.

Mention in the Horace I. Brighttman
Award for Graduate Relations. We were

The FIJI Academy was an exceptional

cesful in rushing this year's class.

James Amidon, Jr. is a Lilly Scholar from
Fort Wayne, IN. Jim hopes to become in
volved in the Student Senate, WNDY, and
wrestling.
George Azar, a member of the Wobash
Christian Fellowship, is from Volporoiso,
IN. While in high school George played in
the orchestra, the marching band and pep
band.
Robert Bixby, is a freshman from Fort
Wayne, who is interested in Economics.

golf team.
Doug Brown is a legacy from Shelbyville,
IN. Doug is a member of the golf team and
Pre-law Society. Dougs father, Phillip
Brown, is a FIJI from the class of '58.
Steve Huder is an Honor Scholar from
Carmel, IN. Steve is active in intramurals

generate enthusiam for the history of our
chapter by sending us any suggestions or
contributions for the restoring of our ar
