Brother Buckley was the founder of FIJINET which was a email listserv which contained hundreds of undergraduates, graduate, and chapters.  The listserv allowed communications among brothers and chapters.  The listserv was used to help locate members in the New York City area in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

Brother Buckley chaired the Amendment of Law Committee at numerous Ekklesiai helping guide transformitive legislation such as Alcohol Free Housing and abolition of the member class of Pledges.

Brother Buckley also worked tirelessly with numerous chapters as a Section Chief (Section Leader).
