Theta Deuteron Chapter House at Ohio Wesleyan University, Deleware, Ohio. The house was bought for $10,500 in 1909 from a private owner. At that time it had a much smaller front porch and the two stories on the back with the flat roof had not been added. It was just a three story residence. In 1920 for $21,000 (twice what it cost), the long pillared front porch was added; and two stories next to and the entire length of the rear of the original three story house.
