A digitally restored version of the 1863 Sigma Chapter and 1916 Pi Sigma Chapter double charter print that was supposedly presented at the Pi Sigma Chapter installation meeting held on February 3, 1917. The official date of the charter is December 29, 1916. The meeting was delayed to gather the 80 Phi Zeta Phi local fraternity men who were initiated into Phi Gamma Delta fraternity.
