Indiana University Chapter House Groundbreaking in 2015
On July 25, 2015, the Zeta Chapter at Indiana University held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new chapter house to be located at 431 North Woodlawn Avenue in Bloomington, Indiana. The house would eventually be dedicated on December 3, 2016. The new house would be 51, 485 square feet in size.
The old chapter house was located at 631 East Third Street and had been the Zeta chapter house since 1902.
The chapter refers to their chapter house as Beechwood.
