The Lambda Chi chapter at the College of Charleston chartered on March 27, 2010. The chapter is located in Charleston, South Carolina. The chapter was closed on February 3, 2018. The chapter was rechartered on March 22, 2025.

The 2010 Ritual Team included: Legate: William R. Bracewell (Georgia Faculty); Chapter President: Travis J. Johnson (Georgia 2011); Chapter Treasurer: Nicholas S. Candaffio (Central Florida 2011); Recording Secretary: Matthew C. Higgins (Central Florida 2010); Corresponding Secretary: Will W. Douglas (Georgia 2011); and Chapter Historian: Neil S. Bitting (Georgia 2011).

The 2010 Directors included: Adam E. Thomas (North Carolina - Wilmington 2010); Walter Allan Skinner (Central Florida 2012); M. Tyler McClure (Central Florida 2013); Pearson K. Cunningham (Georgia 2013); and William D. Gow (Georgia 2013).
