The Alpha Phi chapter was founded on November 14, 1885, at the University of Michigan where they lasted until ceasing in 1895. The chapter was revived seven years later on August 7, 1902, but then ceased again on January 21, 2000. The chapter then rechartered on November 6, 2004. The chapter is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Kushner (Akron 2005); Recording Secretary: Andrew D. Knight (Akron 2005); Corresponding Secretary: Michael G. Moretti (Toronto 2006); Chapter Historian: Mickey S. Sague (Toronto 2006). Directors: Jonathon R. Craighead (Kettering 2008) and Matthew C. Martens (Kettering 2006).
