The Sigma Beta chapter at San Jose State University chartered on May 6, 1989. The chapter ceased on November 14, 2004. The chapter is located in San Jose, California.

The Ritual Team included: Legate: Robert H. Bohn (Texas 1957); Ethan M. Rohloff (San Diego State 1990); Morgan P. Reed (California at Riverside 1986); Kevin M. Glenny (California at Irvine 1992); Allen A. Alano (California at Irvine 1990); Robert S. McCluskey (Akron 1988); Christopher W. Kennerly (California at Berkeley 1991); Toby R. Johnson (California at Berkeley 1990); Ryan Walsh (California at Berkeley 1990); Thomas Power (California at Berkeley 1990).

The Sigma Beta chapter was revived in the Spring of 2017.
