Founding Date

The Phi Chi chapter at the University of Utah chartered on April 9, 1988. The chapter ceased in February 1995. The chapter was reestablished as a Provisional Chapter in the fall 2025 semester.  The chapter is located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The 1988 Ritual Team included: Legate: Roy N. Irwin (Utah State 1971); Andrew J. Rice (Idaho 1988); Robert D. Wolf (Washington State 1990); Eric P. Marcum (Denver 1989); Michael B. Ursu (Utah State 1990); Scott A. Nelson (Montana 1991); J. Scott Robinson (Idaho 1990); Scott W. Springer (Washington State 1989); Tracy L. Scott (Utah State 1990); and Russell W. Feist (Montana 1988).
