The Sigma Phi chapter at Florida International University chartered on November 20, 2004. The chapter ceased in April 2018.  The Provisional Chapter was restarted during the 2023-2024 academic year.  The chapter is located in Miami, Florida.

The Ritual Team included: Legate: R. Kirk Landon (Georgia Tech 1950); Chapter President: Ashley O'Kurley (Alberta 1994); Chapter Treasurer: Byron S. Valle (Central Florida 2005); Recording Secretary: Tyler S. VanVoorhees (Central Florida 2005); Corresponding Secretary: Marvin J. Carver IV (Jacksonville 2007); and Chapter Historian: Andrew S. Cribbs (Jacksonville 2004).

The Directors included: Charles E. Hughes (Jacksonville 2006); Christopher J. Tang (Alberta 2005); Sean J. Tymkow (Alberta 2002); and Jonathan D. Summerfield (Jacksonville 2002).
