The Eta chapter was established on March 23, 1855, on the campus of Marietta College. The charter was received on April 5, 1855. They later ceased in Spring of 1857 but resumed two years later on September 30, 1879. In 1897 the chapter ceased once again. The chapter is located in Marietta, Ohio.
