The Omega Deuteron chapter at Old Dominion University was chartered on April 29, 1978. The chapter ceased in May 1998. The chapter rechartered on November 7, 2015. The chapter is located in Norfolk, Virginia.

The 2015 Installation Team included: President: Ormazd Asadi (Virginia Commonwealth University 2016); Treasurer: Ryan Phillips (Virginia Commonwealth University 2017); Recording Secretary: Stephen Bush (Virginia Commonwealth University 2016); Corresponding Secretary: Phillip Pullen (Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University 2016); and Historian: Austin Grande (Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University 2016).

The Directors included: Ryan Cunningham (Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University 2017); Sam Weber (Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University 2016); Tanner Bonovitch (Virginia Commonwealth University 2017); and Legate - Ralph Dewey (Old Dominion University 1986).
