The Zeta Deuteron chapter was founded on February 29, 1868. The chapter did not operate from June 1869 to June 3, 1870. The chapter ceased in 1878. The chapter was rechartered on October 7, 1890, and was installed on October 28, 1890. The chapter ceased on November 15, 2025.
There is an account of the 1890 installation in The Phi Gamma Delta magazine, January 1891 (Volume 13, Edition 1, on page 32). The chapter is located in Lexington, Virginia.
