The world of Phi Gamma Delta heard with heavy
hearts Saturday, May 20, that beloved brother Cecil J.

Funeral sei'vices were held for the long-time executive
secretary of Phi Gamma Delta Tuesday at Washington's
Metropolitan Memorial Church.
Friends will be received this evening, 7-9 p.m. at the
Bennett-Brown funeral home here in Delaware, with
graveside services at Oak Grove Cemetery at 11 a.m.
Thursday.
It seems only fitting that
