Brother Mauser presented a financial report indicating
an anticipated net profit of |329.74 for ther fiscal year

He indicated the college has a cur

the interest the college: has demonstrated in constructing a.
duplex unit for our needs, and as a. solution to the astro
nomical |200,000, sought under our present plains.
He said
a venture of this nature v;ould be realistic in that v/e would
be. required to raise only about §30,000 and the tax-deductability of gifts could probably be more readily arranged
through non-residual gifts to the college, ear-marked for
the fraternity.
Brother Burns reaffirmed Brother Buckbee's rema, rks, and
said that the college's parking lot plans vrere not concrete;,
and we might be. able to retain o\ir present, site..
Brother Young questioned our 99 year lease and asked if

Trustees vrere aware of our kinship v;lth the present property,
and stated that the college could easily Invalidate the

a bargaining factor, vrhlch might assist In keeping the present
location.
