Plans Prepared At
Chapter Meeting In
Indiana State Park
On the weekend before the start
of
the second semester,
Lambda
Iota chapter met at McCormicks
Creek State Park to discuss prob
lems, plan for the future, and en
joy true brotherhood unhampered
by the pressures of college.
Saturday afternoon most of the
brothers enjoyed a hike through
the woods and canyons of the park,
while others relaxed at the pingpong or card tables. After dinner
we got down to the order of the
day; serious meditation on frater
nity life. We heard from our Pur
ple Legionaire, David Jones, and
from Robert Alexander, Assistant
Executive Secretary of the fra
ternity. They opened the doors to
our discussion of what is going to
occupy our time for the first four
weeks of this semester—rush. Bill
