TO BE FESTIVE OCCASION
Octoher 17th, 1964 is the date of this year's homecoming weekend when Union will face R.P.I, in the tradi
tional rivalry for the Dutchman's shoes.
¥e hope that all
the gradua.te brothers who possibly can make it back will do
so and drop in at the chapter house for some Fiji hospital
ity and fellowship.
On. Saturday/ morning s. meeting of the
Chi Association xsrill be held at the chapter house.

Your editor of the Chi Tama enjoyed the privilege of
attending the 116th EklFLesia in Frenchi lack, Indiana.

was especially pleased to meet tv/o very fine Chi alurnni at
this gathering, Brother Fred Stockv/ell '13 of Few Haven,
Connecticut and Brother Earle Vaughn'91 of Huntsville, Ala
bama.

The Fiji softball team became canopus champions last
year just before the close of school.
Chi Psi by a score of 16-5,
The Fijis defeated
In addition to this success,
Phi Gamma Delta's teomis placed first in our league in both
bowling and handball.
In the overall intramural standings

for the year Fiji came in a strong third.

Company, as the operations analyst in the local sales a,nd
distribution department,

Brother CARl 2. GAiSEll was transferred from the Mont
gomery Air Defense Sector to the 1st Aerospace Control
Squaidron, Ent Air Eorce B. se, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Brother Gaiser is a 1st lieutenant in the Air Force and
W8.S tra^nsferred to his nev/ assignment in Ma.rch 1964.
His
duty consists of coordinating between the satellite launch
ing agencies and the USAD Spacetrs,ck Rada.r Sensors to in
sure that proper radar tracking of objects in space is a.ccom-
plished.
