at 11:00 A.M. Cliff Bowditieh reminds us that the mortgsLge pajnnent'
is due soon and that alumni who intended'to send in their payments
are asked to do so soon as the money is urgently'needed.
At noon following the meeting, lunch will be served and brothers
and guests will then move to Alexander Field for the gridders'
tattle against Williams.

Spring returned to Union just in tine for the Chi Chapter's 79th amnual
Mor^^is Pig Dinner held on April 8, Onto the carapus with the warm weather came
a fine turnout of alumni who once again demonstrated that Chi Chapter stands
"not for college days alone," Fraternity spirit ran high and the festivities
were energetic as our "older" more experienced brothers returned to show
the younger undergraduates how a "Pig Dinner" is celebrated.
In the annual awards ceremony, VJilliam G, Kuchta, *72 of VJestfield, Hass.
was awarded the J, Hason Hotchkiss Award given yearly to the senior who has
contributed the most in his college career to the Chapter, Bill has been an
exceptionally strong active member of the House and was President for the
1970-1971 year and Recording Secretary prior to his election as President,
Bil i also has outlined for t'^^e house a new pledge education orogram which is
sure to be effective in the years to come. The Edward Seitz Award, given
annually to that sorhomore "who best exemplifies the spirit of Phi Gamma Delta",
was awarded to Stephen F, schutzer of Kew City, New York. Steve is a transfer
to Chi from Washington and Jefferson's Alpha Charter ^nd has been a noti
