FIJI'S PLACE THIRD IN CONDON CUP
Bloomington, Indiana, site of the alavanth FIJI
Academy proved to be both enlightening and rewarding for tha
four Omega FIJI'S who attended. Dan Crowlay, Chris Hannay,
Larry Schank and Phil Zagaralli, our delegates wara ovarpovarad
and surprized ... yet grateful ... that Omega chaptar was
selected and recognized as improving over tha last year.
While this came as a total sxirpriza to us, it navarthalass reflects
tha accomplishment of a full yaar of hard work by tha members
of tha chaptar.
Tha academy offered an exchange of ideas and most
of all a working opportunity to view other chapters and their
common and also uncommon problems. We all felt that tha time and
effort was wall worth while in all respects ... both educationally
and socially.

FIJI'S WIN BLOOD DRIVE
With faint heart and squimish bodies, Columbia's
Fiji's journeyed to Low Library to give there shaxre of blood to the
Re Cross. The Blue Key Society and Pamphratria teamed up in the
effort to provide the Red Cross with an improved volume of rich
red and blue blood.
AND after the second day, it was announced that
Phi Gamma Delta had won the Bronze Columbia Lion ... the award for
First Place to that house which had the highest ratio of donors giving.
In fact, we had DOUBLE the donors of the next house.
OH yes, we
forgot to mention it but a Keg of Beer was also part of the first
place prize.
