cleanup was really felt. For six solid
days the active brothers along with
some graduate brothers worked franticly
on the house. The main task was paint

hallways, as well as new linoleum floor

Certainly, if this small group of

of the sundeck, installation of an ice

it deserves. John Gilcrest, who is chairman
of the "restoration committee" has a schedule
for priority items which covers the next two
years.
The controlling factor here is money.
After subsidizing the Delta Colony for the
past two years and paying for the initial
essential renovation of the house, the
Building Association's treasury is exhausted.
Further work on the house depends upon the
success of our Fund Drive. Under chairman
Bill Bailey '51 we are off to a good start.

buttered rum, hot mulled wine,
Irish coffee and a blazing fire.
We also hosted a large-scale
