a Utility Engineer and v/astewater Superintendant.
Tom Rau ( '73) spent some time up in Alaska studying "fungi of
the Alaskan Tundra", or something along those lines! At any rate,
he's back in Blacksburp; doins; some graduate work in biology( specif ical!
botany, I think.) He and big brother Rich bought about 17 acres of
land out by Craig County, There is something like 7 acres of clear
land with a creek running through it. Looks like a possible site
for our i.-ay 17 Fiji Islander party {
Bob i^oore (*72) is now in Richmond working as an accountant for
the State Department of i'lontal Health and Retardation. His most
recent accomplishment was to sell that old Cougar for
^Bd Weeks ('72) has gotten out of the food business (Hardeefs)
and into mental health and retardation} He is Bob Moore's right-hand
man in the form of an auditor for the State.

- Fiji Island Party
Let me clarify a few things about the horris Pig Dinner. It is
for Phi Gamma Delta's only, HOIV3VSR, our Fiji ladies will be well taken
care of during our social hour and dinner, prior to the 9 o'clock
dance. Here's how........
There will be a small, pledge-tended bar for the ladies while we
are over at the uarriott Inn. The ladies social hour will be from
6 to ? o'clock. Following the social hour will be a buffet for the
ladies. This should keep them occupied from 7 until they are picked
up at 9 o'clock. Both the ladies' social hour and buffet v/ill be held
at the chapter house on Church Street. Any chauffeuring that has to
be done while our social hour and dinner are underway will be most
graciously performed by the pledges
