I have included all our pre- tush and formal rush dates for those of you who can attend. We are hoping that the graduates can help out for some of these events but especially for the Aug. 22 Rushee Party. Any help that you can lend us would be most appreciated. The Delta Study Hall has had two new outlets installed as well as a new coat of paint. The carpet, tables and chairs, and computers should be in place before formal rush begins. Island Week is scheduled for Sept. 8-10. This promises to be a great week as we have already collected $575.00 in donations to Multiple Sclerosis. Fiji Island is Sept. 18-20. Several graduates have already called for these dates to reserve a spot. Please call and let us know if you are interested in attending. Homecoming is a short time away, Oct. 3. I have included an application form for you to fill out and return to me. Please fill this out as we are trying to figure out how many people we should expect. This year our partner in the homecoming competition is the Kappa Delta Sorority. The morning will start off with the traditional Kazoo Band in the Homecoming Parade. All graduate brothers are invited to join us in the Kazoo Band which is getting larger and crazier every year. The game between TIU and MTSU starts at 2:00. This is the /ast time these two will meet in a football competition so don’t miss it! A brother cookout along with volleyball games will be held at the house at 5:30. Finally, our victory celebration will be at The Clubhouse at around 9:00. If you are planning to eat at the brother cookout there will be a $5.00 per person fee to be collected at the cookout. If you would like to buy a Homecoming shirt please send $15.00 with this attachment and return it by Friday, Sept. 18.
