President's Report

Hello to everyone out in Fiji-land. It
seems that this SilverTip has been a long time
in coming, but there is a wind of change at the
Phi Gam house at 220 Daly. We have elected
new officers, and I have the bittersweet feel
ing of being out of a job. With our new E.G.
comes new goals and fresh leadership. One
