team started up with a vengeance. The
ultimate Frisbee team tackled its com-
petitors with sheer size as over 20 members were on the team. This helped in the
final minutes ofthe game when new bodies could be traded for a chance to score.
This strategy paid off in the end as the ultimate team made it to the final round of
the playoffs. The traditionally successful Fiji rec-soccer team, BIG DUKE,
went undefeated in the regularly scheduled games and then made it all the way to
the playoffs to lose in a poorly officiated game. Singles tennis dominated the U
ofI intramural scene with some really talented players. Incoming freshmen
