The Coming of Innovation
For many years, Gamma Tau has
made an effort to place high in one of
the many Homecoming contests.
Ever since the famous go-kart
powered wreck took first place back
in 1974, the motivation and creativity
have been there, but the innovation

has been lacking. This year, an idea
emerged under the direction of dis
play chairman Mike Teems, that is
destined to change the course of Fiji
Homecoming displays.
The idea was to incorporate audio
and visual mechanisms to achieve the
desired effect. Three scenarios were
set up and centered around the theme
"Medieval Tech." Each incorporated

14 Initiated at Gamma Tau
This winter, the ranks of Phi
Gamma Delta were increased by 14
men at the Gamma Tau Chapter.
These men make up one of the largest
initiation classes in recent times. We
have been pleased to add these men
who boost the chapter roll to the
count of 60.
Under the supervision of Pledge
Trainer, Brother Tom Tantillo, these
guys have developed from 24
