NEW CABINET ELECTED
A new cabinet has taken office as a
result of the house elections held on
November 4th of last year. These seven
positions have been
filled by an
enthusiastic hard-working group of guys
dedicated to the ideal of making Chi lota
#1 here at the U. of I.
Patrick Hagerty '82 is the new
President. He is an LAS/Finance major
from Normal, III. Last year, as many of
you remember, Pat served as Pig Dinner
Chairman.
Todd Montgomery '82 will be managing
the financial status of the house as
Treasurer. Todd's hometown is Wheaton,
PRESIDENT'S
MESSAGE
This semester at Chi lota is off to a
great start. Perhaps the main reason
for this is the amount of support being

Terry Palmer '83 has taken over the
reigns as Recording Secretary. He is
following a general course of study in
LAS. Terry is a Freeport, III. resident.
John Brodersen '82 is the Correspond

responsibility of this office. John is
pursuing a degree in Landscape
Architecture and is the only
"out-of-stater" of the group hailing from
Glendale, Missouri.
John Quinn '82 should be well familiar
with the archives of Chi lota by the end of
his term of office as he is the new His

head the office of Vice President. Doug

enthusiasm and experience to boot. His

The new year started off with several

Here the brothers are provided the rare
opportunity to party with their parents.
After a well-deserved spring break, we
begin the last stretch of the semester
with Spring Formal. Mom's Day and a few
more exchanges round out the year. We
