In the first term, house reno

redesigning and expansion of our
parking lot. Social events of the
first term included the Norris Pig
Dinner,and the ever popular FIJI
Grass Skirt Party.
The second term began with a
relatively successful 'retreat' at

Your assistance in this manner
would greatly enhance our chance of
making this a successful Rush. Also,
any brothers who would like to be
present at any of our three Rush func
tions in September, are invited and
encouraged to attend.
Hopefully,
Graduate representation at these
events will be increased as there
has been positive responses from
those pledges who met graduates at
last year's functions. Also, it is
hoped that Rush can provide an added
opportunity for developing a better
relationship between the Graduate and
Active chapters of Pi Gamma. Thus,
your assistance in any aspect of Rush
would be of great importance in its
ultimate success and would be greatly
appreciated by the Rush Committee and
all the Active brothers of Pi Gamma.

Sports
In the intramural sport program
our chapter placed S'th in the final
standings, and was considered a
dominant force in every event it
entered.
In the first term, the
pledges again defeated the Alpha
Belt's in the annual rugby challenge
24-3f and the FIJI'S placed teams
in the playoffs in football, basket
ball, hockey,and water polo.
Individually, Roger Bisnar '8^ won
the racquetball tournament, and in
the Arts '20 race, two teams had a
fine showing, placing 3rd and 12th.
On Febuary 13th and l^th, ten
delegates from Pi Gamma chapter
attended a joint section convention
hosted by the Kappa Omicron chapter
at Oregon State University, in
Corvallis Oregon. The section con
vention was attended by seven chapters
from British Columbia, Idaho, Oregon,
Washington, and a Delta Colony from
Calgary,Alberta. The section conven- .
tion was also attended by brother
Bill Zerman, the Exucutive Director
of Phi Gamma Delta, and brother
Buddy Cote,
field secretary.
