Dear Brothers,
In an effort to improve graduate relations, Delta Deuteron has decided to
increase the number of Puroie Tigers to four per year (two per semester).
In addition, you will be receiving a monthly update on chapter events and
future activities (The Puroie Tiger Eitra). Hopefully, these additional
newsletters will give you some interesting information about upcoming
events and about other graduate brothers, as well as keep you up to date
with the chapter"s current affairs.
The chapter is currently updating its files on all graduate brothers and
gathering information for a directory of Delta Deuteron's graduates. Your
assistance in this effort is greatly appreciated. Please take a few minutes
to fill out the enclosed information sheet and let us know how you are
doing. After completing the sheet just fold it in half, staple it, and mail it
back to the chapter. The address is already on the back of the sheet, so
just add a stamp and drop it in the mail.
The first newsletter will be arriving in a few weeks, but until then here
are some important dates;
Homecoming
Saturday,October 19
.vs. Washington & Lee
This should be an especially interesting game. As most of you know, W&L
(Washington & Lucy) has gone coed this year. It will be a special treat to
see the Tiger football squad trample the Generals this time. Everyone is
invited down to the house after the game for a cook-out and drinks.
Norris Pig Dinner
Saturday, Uarch 22
Delta Deuteron's fourth annual Norris Pig Dinner will be held in the Forum,
a new building on campus which was constructed as part of the new
residence hall complex on campus. Last year was the biggest turnout ever,
and hopefully we can get even more graduate brrothers back this year.
Mark your calendars now! More information will be coming soon.
Thanks for all your help. Hope to see you at Homecoming.
