Maine Hockey
Muscle Mania
Two of our brothers here at Omega Mu
are making quite a name for themselves playing
hockey for the University ofMaine. Mike
Barkley was bom April 7, 1970 in Port Albemi,
Britsh Columbia. He was intiated as a Phi
Gam in December 1989. Mike has played
Varsity hockey from September 1988 to the
present. He was nominated to the Hock^ East
All Academic Team '89-'90. He is one or this
years Tri-captains for the BlackBears.
Keith Carney was born Febuary 3,1970
Last March of 1990, Jeff Pumam 91',
competed in the Great Northern Muscle
Classic (NPC) here at the University of Maine.
This was a regional qualifier for the Mr./Ms.
Maine competition. It was his first show ever
and placed second in the lightweight class(
