Well, another year is well
under way here in Cache Valley
and the Fiji's are doing well.
My

been
very
enjoyable. The chapter is doing
very well with the activation
of 6 new brothers this year,
this brings the total number of

well
in
improving
our
relationships with the other

in the house have made the

After the last visit from the

long time, we will be sending a
full delegation to Academy this
summer. The best part is that 4
other brothers plus our P.L.
Charlie Mondale will also be
making the trip. This brings
the total to 9 people from our
chapter attending Academy.
Pig Dinner is set to go
and
it
looks
to
be
an
exceptional event. Dave Kolesky
has done a fine job planning
the

one. The addition of
an Archon to the agenda is an
added bonus.
Things are in full swing here
at Upsilon Sigma, but it always
is halfway into Spring quarter.
Ttie Yioxise tias a new office and
a new iavindry room tb.anlcs to
the carpentry stills of a few
brothers- They both are fine
additions to our house and they
sure mate things a lot nicer
for those of us living here.
The office, along with the
computer that Steve Turner is
fgfting us use, has really
helped the cabinet teep things
organized.
Financially
things
are
going extremely well, we have
almost completely paid off the
$4500 debt to Headguarters that
we started the year off with.
The
best
part,
is
that
we
haven't incurred any new debts
during this period of time. Our
accounts receivable are also
looking better and continue to
improve on a daily basis.
Our numbers are looking a
]^ittle low, but we will only
lose one graduating senior when
James "The Sloth" Cline finally
gets to walk across the stage.
We have 7 pledges this quarter
and are looking at a good,
strong fall rush with 10 people
already making the commitment
The future is also looking
up and we have a lot of plans
for the house when we come back
next fall. With a good showing
at Academy and a bit more work
on our parts we are hoping to
secure a substantial loan from
Internationals. The only other
thing to say is, see you at the
Pig.
