Chapter Goals
The Michael S.Rrzykoski Memorial Fund
Established And
The Michael S. Rrzykoski Memorial Fund was once filled with money Michael's
parents had donated to the chapter after his untimely death in 1984. The
scholarship was in memory of his ideals, persistence and commitment to the
brotherhood. The award is now presented each year on Parents' Weekend to the
undergraduate brother who has contributed the most to the chapter while holding
a job to help defray the costs of his education.
Over the years this fund has been depleted. Our goal is to replenish the
principal so that the scholarship may live on. In order to add funds, we need your
contributions. Our goal is to reach $10,000 so that only the accumulated interest
will be used for the scholarship. Please be generous; you can make checks payable
to the "Fiji Memorial Scholarship Fund" and mail to P.O. Box 10169, Columbus,
OH 43201. Thank you for your support!

Chapter President
The 1992 year began with an enlightening
cabinet retreat where a Ust of chapter
goals was established.During winter quar
ter, these goals were pursued quite suc
cessfully.
Our most important goal was to have
a strong winter rush program. Steve
Mishkind'93,our never-tiring rush chair
man, deserves much of the credit for our
successful performance. He helped us
reach our goal of whole-house participa
tion,which wasenthusiastically embraced
and achieved.
This year we are also strengthening
our already strong emphasis on scholar
ship. Robert Brauer '93 serves as our
scholarship chairman. A major feature of
the program is the quarterly newsletter,
which emphasizes chapter policies and
activities concerning scholarship.
As for the social aspect ofPhi Gamma
Delta, we are well adapted to the alcohol
policies which we adopted two years ago.
The rest of the Greek system must now
leam to do likewise. Phi Gams are always
ahead of the game.
We will continue to accomplish our
goals and strive to keep Phi Gamma Delta
a strong fraternity at Ohio State. As al
ways, we welcome you back to Dickenson
Lodge to meetthe undergraduate chapter.
Undergraduates (l-r) David Simon '92. Chip Null '93, Matt Kear '93.
