The tradition continues...
Another year has rolled by and we hope to see many of our Fiji
Brothers at our 106th get-together. The plans have been made; the date,
the place, the speaker and the menu are set. All is ready and we need you
to make it a success.
This year's dinner will be held Saturday, April 25, 1992, on campus at
Rathbone Hall, behind old Taylor Stadium and not far from the house.
Parking is plentiful. We will have cocktails from 6 - 7 p.m. and a prime rib
dinner at 7:15. The short program following dinner will
feature Athletic director and former Lehigh quarterback
Joe Sterrett, as our guest speaker. The cost of dinner,
including cocktails, is $35.

The policy stated below has been adopted by the

Each member shall maintain decorum becoming

Substances) will result in immediate review and
action by the Graduate Trusteeship.

with the Fraternity Code of Conduct, the Policy on
Hazing and Controlled Substances and to loyally
support them.
2. House and Campus Activities
a. Each member shall actively serve the
Chapter as an officer, committee chairman
or as an active member of at least one house
committee.
b. Each member shall actively participate in at
least one extracurricular University activity
outside of the Chapter.
3. Community Service
Each member is encouraged to actively
participate, whether individually or through the
Chapter, in at least one philanthropic or community
service activity each semester.
4. Risk Management
Each member shall be familiar with and fully

6. Rushing
Our goal is to ensure continued pledge classes of
appropriate quality and quantity that will enable the
Beta Chi Chapter to continue as a quality fraternity
in the future and to fully comply with both the
National fraternity's and Lehigh University's rules
regarding the rush.
To this end we will strive for the following objectives;
a. to market our house at its absolute best
b. to obtain 100 percent house participation
c. to select the most compatible candidates
who are willing to uphold academic and
fraternity principles and have good moral
