Colonel, 7th Kentucky; wounded April 7, 1862, in Battle of Shiloh; died April 21, 1862. (Unfinished Catalogue) CWSSS says T.S. Burnett, lieutenant, and adjutant, Co. A, 7th Kentucky Mounted Infantry. Some sources say died of disease in McNairy Co. TN, in 1862.
