Bill
doctors said he
was flown in from his home in
Florida for initiation, that Friday he walked up the front stairs
to the house. It was definitely one of the proudest moments for
Bill and this Fraternity.
Although his struggle has never been an 'easy one, his
determination, strong character, and aid form the Miami Project
Center for Paralysis have brought him this far even though it was
thought impossible.
Bill is an inspiration to us all. He
symbolizes the strong character which Phi Gamma Delta seeks to
inculcate in each of its members. We are all extremely proud of
Bill, and hope for his continued progress.
KEVIN HOUGH UPDATE
For the first time
since being
struck by
a car
over this
past Christmas Break, Kevin was able to talk to some of his
pledge brothers. Spring Break gave a few of Kevin's pledge
brothers the opportunity to visit him, at his home in Madison, WI.
These people shared with us their visit.
Kevin doesn't remember
much of
being at
Purdue.
His amnesia
also caused
him not to
recognize his visitors, but they assured us they were talking to
the same personality of the Kevin they know. Kevin was excited
to be able to talk to his pledge brothers and learn a little
about what had been erased by the accident.
Progress seems to be steady.
Kevin has been able to move
back to his home for the first time since December.
He even
wrote the house a note to say he was excited to hear about
everything, and definitely wanted to come and see all of us soon.
All of
us here
keep praying
for the
best, and appreciate
vour continued prayers.
