This year has been a great year for Lambda Omega. With our busy
social and school schedule, Fiji has earned top honors on campus. The IPG
recently awarded Lambda Omega with the gold cup, which is for the best
fraternity on campus. The gold cup is based on best social, scholastic,
philanthropy etc.. However, with such a busy year we were forced to be on
our toes at all times.
The fall and spring pledge classes have intergrated well into the
chapter. The Christmas party run by the fall pledge class was lots of fun and
had great food. The spnng pledge class recently initated, is showing great
promise for Lambda Omega. They threw a grass skirt party in March (a week
before the islander) that went really well. I along with the rest of the chapter
see great things to come from them all. Jamie Armstrong is junior rush
chairman and is living in the house in 1995.
In April we hosted an all greek toga party. The party was attended by
six fratematies and soroities and ftin was had by all!! This years islander was
one of the best ever. The party was attended by 1000 and was a huge sucess,
with three bands including Gyspy Soul. Speical thanks to brother's Beach,
Pollock, and all those who helped out(you know who you are!).
The 1994 cabinet did a good job of retaining the chapter together and
did alot to aid the winning of the gold cup. The 1995 cabinet consisting of:
President- Brother Cowan, Treasuer- Brother Young, Recording SecretaryBrother Stewart, Coresponding Secretary- Brother Langer, Historian- Brother
Vender. This cabinet has already had good sucess with the spnng initation
and the islander.
With a year filled with sucess we had the misfortune of losing a
Brother. We say a sad good bye to a Brother who has passed on. Brother
Ritiche will be missed by many. Also at the end of this year Lambda Omega
will say farewell and good luck in the future to Brothers' Burak, Rafii, Beach,
Pollack, Lamarche, Klass, Orzakovski. Wishing a good summer to everyone,
we will see you in 1995.

\r\nThe Purple Legionaire savs The year was from my perspective very successfiill. The chapter has
ensured its continued excellence by pledging and initiating only the best of
young men. The current cabinet has outlined specific goals which if carried
out will lead to Fiji being the strongest fraternity within the greek system. My
wish for the upcoming year is that we have a repeat of this years succes^l
pig as well as to see more communication between the graduate and under
graduate chapter. Grads Fiji continues to offer the experiance of friendship as
well as the challenge of moulding young men, I commend you to take
