These men were selected following six weeks of interviews
and events conducted by Phi

opportunity and it is by far
one of the best decisions I

are many things that we are
very excited about and the
enthusiasm on Indiana
State’s campus is terrific. We
are currently holding a 3.14

us as the fraternity with the
highest GPA. We have a great
group of Fiji gentlemen and
very strong leaders that are
motivated to get things done.
We are extremely excited and
look forward to what the future has in store.

FRANK NORRIS PIG DINNER RETURNS
By: Bo Stout (1996), Pig Dinner Co-Chairman
Well, its
springtime
again in Terre
Haute and
that must
mean one
thing: the smell of Pig is in the air. That’s
right; the Frank Norris Pig Dinner is upon
us, marking a great time for graduates to
come back, meet the new brothers and
reminisce about the good old college days.
After a five-year hiatus, the Fijis have returned to the ISU campus and we want
you to come back and help to celebrate the
occasion the weekend of April 15-16. The
weekend festivities kick off on Friday
night at a reception at the Copper Bar
Upper Room. The following day’s activities include the Fijis competing in the
annual ISU tandem race and the Colony
Initiation, concluding with the Frank
Norris Pig Dinner at the Meadows Banquet Center.
With the colony fresh off of initiation and
about 40 graduate brothers having already RSVP’d for the event, this dinner is
expected to be one of the best attended &
most significant in Iota Sigma’s history.
It was over 40 years ago that a select few
of you were able to take part in Iota
Sigma’s inaugural Pig Dinner, but now
we all have the chance to attend the
rebirth of both the dinner and the
chapter. So mark your calendars and
don’t miss your chance to be a part of
this very special occasion and help to
usher in a new beginning for the Iota
Sigma Chapter.
Register for Pig Dinner now
using the form on the back or
visit www.isufiji.com.
CALLING ALL SILVER OWLS

A TOAST TO EXILES
An update from brothers who will be unable to join us at Pig Dinner:
Jeffrey A. McMahan (1978) will be in Iraq for a year. Keep brother McMahan in your thoughts and prayers.
Rudy J. Olivo (1998) - duties and distance will keep him away. He and wife Starr and daughter Miriam moved to Panama
City in 2010, where he serves as the Associate Pastor at the First United Methodist Church.
