Dr. Martin Mossengoie has been appointed as
the new UNL chancellor. Mossengoie was vice
chancellor for the Institute of Agricultural and Nat
ural Resources. Mossengoie hod previously spent

17 years at the University of Arizona before coming

to UNL in 1978.
Mossengoie feels the university is on invest
ment into the future because training future leaders

THE FIJI ACADEMY
6:30 P.M.
Three tired Lambda Nu Fi ji's hove just returned
from Columbus, Ohio where the seventeenth Fiji
Academy was held. Mike Decker, Joe Skrodski,
and Mike Dingwell were the delegates from Lambda
Nu to this convention.
The delegates attended a leadership workshop
headed by Sonny Davis (Texas 52), who is president
of Notional Leadership Methods.

other seminars on such subjects as rush, public rela
tions, graduate relations and many others. The
