The Bloch Bros. Tobacco Co., Wheeling.
Born November 2, 1879. being the son of Samuel S. and Bertha (Prager) Bloch. He received his education in the Wheeling public schools, Linsly Institute, Phillips Exeter Academy and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
After completing his education Mr. Bloch began the business career in which he has been so eminently successful. He is very prominent in social and philanthropic
activities, being a director of the Ohio Couniy Anti-Tuberculosis League and the Wheeling Country Club. He served with distinction as a mernber of the West Virginia Legislature, 1912-1913, and was honored with reelection by a large majority, Novernber 3, 1914. Besides the Wheeling Country Club Mr. Bloch is a prorninent member of the Fort Henry Club, the Elks and the lUniversity Club.
