1968-1969 Early Colony and Chapter History at Rose Poly (Rose-Hulman)
A 26 page collection of handwritten notes - primarily by Richard Newman (Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology 1971) - which offer early historical notes of the establishment of the Colony Core Group through colonization. The notes appear to have been written in the late spring and summer of 1969, prior to chartering of Rho Phi. There are additions provided by Frank Guthrie (Hanover College 1950) who was the Purple Legionnaire at the time (pages 23 and 24 of the document).
It is not certain that the notes are in exactly the order they were intended originally.
