Recruitment Poster for Rho Phi at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology c. 1986. This version was drawn by Rob Tiller (Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology 1988). For a number of years a similar poster was printed and handed out to freshmen as part of the recruitment period. This poster was a parody of the Rose-Hulman and Terre Haute communities. Some versions of this poster sold advertising around the edge of the poster to help finance the cost of printing the poster.
