1969 Owl at Rho Phi House
Owl at Rho Phi House in 1969. Legend has it that shortly after the chapter house was purchased in 1969, there was a work weekend. During the day this owl perched on the the tree on the south side of the chapter house and sat there for some time while the brothers worked on the house. The event was determined to be good luck for the new chapter.
